Orders, Shipping & Tracking

We currently only ship to addresses in the UK.
If you would like to order to an address outside the UK, please email us to let us know what you would like to order and we will provide a price.

Your order will be shipped the same day if ordered by 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail. Two delivery options are available to choose from:
1st Class, Next Day: £3.50
You will receive tracking notifications, and your order will be received the next day (if ordered by 3pm, Monday - Friday).
2nd Class: £1.00
Orders will be dispatched thesame day if ordered by 3pm Monday - Friday. This is a great value shipping option, but your order will take a little longer to arrive (usually 2-3 working days), and tracking is not available in this instance. -
Royal Mail’s fees are forever increasing, but we are working hard to keep our postage fees available from just £1.00.. We think this is important.
However, it does mean that we can no longer offer tracking, unless you choose our First Class Next Day delivery option. Please accept our apologies for this. You will receive usual communications when your order is dispatched, and we are happy to resolve any problems. -
If our shipping carrier - Royal Mail - attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided or you moved without notifying us) it will be the your responsibility to pay the shipping fee of £3.99 to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.

Your refund (excluding postage) will be processed within three working days (from the day it reaches us). Confirmation that we have received your return will be sent by email straight away, along with details of how and when your refund will be issued.
